In this open discussion, around 150 students will get the chance to talk to journalists, and media experts on the role of media in creating and disseminating images of immigrants and ethnic minorities in Germany and the U.S. and the role and responsibility of the media in successful integration.
The conference will bring together a mixed group of German youth from schools in neighborhoods with a large immigrant population and from Berlin youth organizations.
