Notice on Credit Card Payments

  • Due to a  world-wide technical problem, the Consular Section is temporarily unable to process credit card payments.  We hope to correct this issue in the coming days and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Therefore, we recommend to those who anticipate making payments inside the Consulate for visa, passport, USCIS or other consular services to bring either Euros or U.S. dollars, a U.S. dollar postal money order or U.S. dollar certified check.  This does not affect payment of the nonimmigrant visa application fee made to our visa service provider, CGI-Stanley (ustraveldocs.com).

We will continue to accept passport applications and immigrant petitions by mail accompanied by a credit card authorization slip, but the cases will not be processed until credit card payments are restored.
