Once the petition is approved the visa process will be started depending on where the petition has been filed and where you reside.

If the petition has been filed in the U.S.; see Visa Processing at the National Visa Center

If the petition has been filed in Frankfurt and you are residing in Germany; see Visa Processing in Frankfurt

If a petition has been approved in Frankfurt and the applicant is residing in another country please follow the link for petitions filed in the U.S.
