What's New

Munich's Non-Immigrant Visa Section to Open July 5, 2006

Munich will soon join Frankfurt and Berlin as Germany's third non-immigrant visa issuance post. Beginning June 12, 2006 the Call Center (0900-1-850055, EUR 1.86/min) will accept appointments for Munich - with the first appointment scheduled for July 5, 2006.

Munich will not accept initial applications for E visas (Treaty Traders & Treaty Investors), which are handled by the Consulate General Frankfurt, or diplomatic visas, which are processed by the Embassy in Berlin.

Written or telephonic requests to the Consulate for appointments will neither be honored nor acknowledged. The Call Center schedules all appointments and answers all inquiries regarding the non-immigrant visa application process. We appreciate your cooperation in this regard.
