Deputy Secretary of the U.S. Treasury Robert M. Kimmitt in Berlin
March 19, 2007. Robert M. Kimmitt, Deputy Secretary of the U.S. Treasury, delivered a major speech at a conference hosted by the CDU/CSU Bundestag Group, "Globalization and the Transatlantic Economic Partnership," where Chancellor Angela Merkel also spoke. During his visit Mr. Kimmitt met with German government officials and participated in a variety of media events at the Embassy.
