December 10-14, 2007. U.S. storyteller and musician Matthew Graham performed songs and stories featuring seasonal celebrations such as Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanzaa and Divali. In his celebration of winter holiday traditions from all over the world Graham also put a major emphasis on U.S. customs and culture. He staged at Kinder- und Jugendbibliothek "Hallescher Komet" der Zentral- und Landesbibliothek Berlin (December 10), at Stadt- und Regionalbibliothek Frankfurt/O. (December 12), at Anton-Saefkow-Bibliothek Berlin (December 13) and Stadt- und Regionalbibliothek Cottbus (December 14). These interactive programs were of great educational value by underscoring the richness of the multicultural experience.
