VISAS TO THE US

If you were refused an ESTA clearance

If an ESTA clearance was not granted, a U.S. Visa is then required to travel to the United States.

An ESTA refusal does not automatically qualify you for an Emergency Appointment.

You may be qualified for an ESTA Emergency Appointment if:

  • Your date of departure is before the first-available Standard appointment.
  • You meet the standard Emergency Appointment requirements:
    • Life or Death Emergency
    • Business Facilitation
    • Student and Exchange Visitor Facilitation
    • German Airport Turnaround

If you qualify for an Emergency Appointment and would like to make a request, you must:

  1. First schedule a normal appointment at www.usvisa-germany.com
  2. Then, with your appointment information, request an emergency appointment.

All others will have to schedule a normal appointment over our online appointment system.
