American Citizen Services

Effective September 15, 2012, the Berlin Consular Section has assumed responsibility for providing American Citizen Services to the Leipzig area. 

All routine services including, passport issuance and renewal, reports of birth abroad, notarial services and extra passport pages are handled by appointment in Berlin.  Please make an appointment using the link below.

All other services for American citizens are handled in Berlin as well, and you can contact the Berlin ACS unit by phone Monday - Thursday from 1400-1600 at (030) 8305-1200 or anytime by email at acsberlin@state.gov .
